Is May going to delay the meaningful vote?

According to The Sunday Times, Theresa May is planning to postpone Tuesday's vote in order to return to the EU to ask for changes to the deal.

Downing Street has rejected the suggestion saying that: ”The vote is going ahead on Tuesday.’’

However, the newspaper claimed that this denial would remain the official line until Monday.

Many well - informed journalists are also rejecting Times' report and they are saying that the vote will take place as planned.
